Installs, assembles, fabricates, maintains and repairs mechanical piping systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Install, assemble, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and gas systems
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures
Install piping systems (PVC, copper, cast iron, PEX, etc.) for new construction and renovation projects
Set and install commercial fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, boilers, and specialty equipmen
Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and system failures in a timely manner
Utilize specified personal protective equipment and safe work practices.
Must be able to handle stress and job demands.
Must be able to cooperatively work with others.
Education and Experience
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
Two years related experience and/or training is preferred, but not required

Individuals may occasionally be exposed to hazardous conditions, high places and /or hazardous equipment. May work with or around chemicals that require knowledge of a safety data sheet.
