We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sheet Metal Mechanics and Sheet Metal Helpers to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in fabricating and installing ductwork, and who takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Measure, cut, bend, and form sheet metal into ductwork and related components
Install duct systems and ensure proper fit and function
Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
Work alongside field crews to complete projects efficiently
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Education and Experience
Some experience or familiarity with sheet metal or construction preferred
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
Basic understanding of construction and installation processes
